The EppJam Production artiste is also eager to promote his latest video for the single ‘Rebel Souljah’ which features scenes shot at a United Negro Improvement Association (UNIA) Meeting in Downtown Kingston and a cameo appearance by entertainment giant Ron Muschette.
D-Medz said “My aim and objectives are the same this year as it was in previous years; I am focused on building my brand and making music that has heart, soul and a strong message”.
The artiste has in fact shared strong messages in his music gaining support from Muta Barruka and several black empowerment groups in Jamaica and abroad.
Furthermore his hit single ‘Champion’ was used as a theme song on the youth empowerment programme ‘Talk Up Youth Tours’. D-Medz shared, “I always feel good to know that my music is being appreciated by others who can also create change. Muta and Empress Golding (Producer for Talk Up Youth) are both strong figures who believe in preserving positive messages and I respect them”.
