DJ Khaled released the song last year with guest features from Jay Z and Future and has been viewed 79 million times on YouTube since it’s released.
According to TMZ Hill filed legal docs claiming that portions of his beat from his “Chris Hill Beats (gangsta Boogie Vol 2)” mixtape was used on “I Got The Keys.”
He said that he met Khaled at a club in Atlanta in 2008 and handed him his CD. Now almost a decade later and he heard his beat on the song.
The lawsuit named DJ Khaled and Sony Music, as well as, the producers behind the song. Jay Z and Future were not named in the lawsuit.
