Dancehall artiste and songwriter Flexxx has released a nine-track EP, Glory Day.
The project, released on Tuesday, is produced exclusively by Allfaces Entertainment and Flexxx dem Production. Glory Day will be distributed by Black & Yellow and will be available worldwide via iTunes.
The EP features a blend of new tracks and collaborations such as My Shine, War ina Me, Get and Nuh Chat featuring Ce’cile and Wine Non Stop featuring Flirtagious.
Since the start of the new year, the Stepping Razor deejay has been steadily making his way back to the forefront of the dancehall after a brief hiatus.
Flexxx told THE STAR that he anticipates great success from the EP.
He said: “The anticipation is high and I hope to achieve great things. Yuh know music is unpredictable because sometimes, some of the songs that you really look out to and say yeah, da one deh ago be di big song, a nuh really dat a di big song, so mi just a hope fi the best and hope say it go further than the other EPs I have released.”
The EP could not have come at a more fitting time, as the deejay is scheduled to embark on promotional gigs locally and overseas.
The artiste told THE STAR that he also has new music in rotation as well as soon-to-be-released tracks for upcoming and established production houses.
“RME Musiq bad juggling weh soon drop Off-di-Press riddim, mi want unuh listen out for my bad song on that riddim. I also have other songs like Suh di Ting Set for Stashment Records and Thanks and Praises for All faces,” said Flexxx.
