Kalado’s assault case set for 2017

Entertainer Kalado will be hauled before the court in 2017 over an ongoing assault battle.

The dancehall deejay who was arrested and charged with assault following an incident with a woman in June, pled not guilty when he appeared in St. Andrew Parish Court in Half-Way-Tree on Wednesday (September 14). Kalado gives Music News the 411.

Allegations are that Kalado pulled up beside the woman in his car while she was walking on the side of the road, and reportedly assaulted her.

The dancehall deejay is expected to return to court on January 16, 2017, where the matter is set for mention.
