LASCO Offers Job To ‘Trench Town Hero’ Tremayne Brown

Twenty-four-year-old Tremayne Brown was today rewarded with an employment opportunity from LASCO Manufacturing Limited following his valiant rescue of a 12-year-old boy who was being swept away in a gully on Collie Smith Drive last Friday.

After his story went viral on social media praises kept pouring in over the weekend and calls for the government to give him some type of reward for his bravery.

Catherine Goodall, Manager-Beverage Marketing at LASCO Manufacturing Ltd said, when Brown recovers from his injuries, he will be eligible for a post in the promotions department.

24-year-old Brown, was deported to Jamaica from the United Kingdom six months ago.
