Energetic Reggae Performer, Nature, defiantly made his mark on the Rebel Salute Stage last Friday night.
The artiste, who performed a high energy set, was both intense and entertaining; leaving an indomitable mark on patrons who were present for the first night of the Reggae festival.
Nature had already prepared himself for a huge Rebel Salute crowd and knew that it would have been a challenge for any act to engage the entire audience; this challenge was further perpetuated by the delays that caused him to perform three hours behind schedule.
The artiste was not fazed however and rose to the challenge.
“My goal was to re-energize the crowd that may have gotten a little tired and bored at that hour of the morning by giving them an entertaining set that they can watch and have fun with me at the same time” Nature explained
Nature’s set included tracks from his recently released Life’s Journey album; ‘World Peace’ ‘No Gun Around’ and the immensely engaging ‘Love You’ single. For that love song Nature enlisted a female patron to come onstage and dance with the ‘Rasta that can whine’, this was well received by the large Rebel Salute audience.
Nature also interacted with his band, The Warrior Love Band, and at one point took on the role of Drummer during his performance of the ‘No Gun Around’ single.
“You have to have fun while performing, when the audience sees you enjoy your own performance they can’t help but enjoy it as well” Nature added
Nature and his Downsound Records family are gearing up for more high energy performances and appearances worldwide, propelled by the ‘Love You’ single which now has been released through Ultra Music in the United States.
