Postal Worker That Jumped From South Camp Road Building Set To Undergo Surgery

The employee from the Central Sorting Office (CSO) continues to battle for life in hospital following an incident on Monday where he was seen in a video falling from the top of the South Camp Road institution.

“The latest reports I have received is that the employee (following the incident) is to undergo surgery,” said Michael Gentles, postmaster general in an interview with Loop News.

“That is all I can disclose at this time,” Gentles said.

In the video, the employee is seen falling from the high-rise building after he seemingly jumped. Another person, who was some distance away from him atop the same building, appears to be beckoning for him not to.

Onlookers could also be heard screaming in reaction to the scary sight.
