Back in December the rapper was arrested after police raided his home and found guns in his possession. He was initially charged but walked away scratch free. TMZ now reported that police discovered that one of the guns found inside his home was actually stolen from a police car.
He was now been charged by the L.A. County D.A. with possession of a firearm and possession of an assault weapon. The assault weapon charge is for a Mini Draco AR-15, a gun that is illegal to own in the state of California.
Soulja Boy faces up to 4 years in prison if he is found guilty on the charges.
