Ten Persons Reportedly Struck By Lightning At Mystic Mountain

A freak accident occurred at Mystic Mountain yesterday where ten persons were reportedly struck by lightning at the famous attraction.

According to the reports, four tourists and six tour guides were yesterday rushed to the St Ann’s Bay Regional Hospital after they were struck by lightning.

Reports are that the affected persons were travelling on the day’s final zip line tour about 4:30 p.m. when the freak accident occurred.

No one died and according to Managing Director of the attraction, Mike Drakulich, the incident was a surprise as they were no indication of lightning or thunder prior to the tour.

The venue was closed immediately, however, operations should be back to normal today.
