West Indies Beats Australia … Thanks to man of the match Marlon Samuels

The West Indies, thanks to a half century by man of the match Marlon Samuels, beat Australia by four wickets at Warner Park last night (Mon), to preserve the hopes of securing a spot in the Tri Nation Series Final.

Set a target of 266, the Windies in their replay made 266 for 6 in 45.4 overs.

Samuels led the way with a well timed 92 from 87 balls which included 8 fours and 4 sixes.

He also shared in a third wicket stand of 83 with Darren Bravo with 39 and also added 73 for the fourth with Denesh Ramdin who made 29.
