Alkaline Explains ‘No Show’ At The Ecips Music Festival

Fans were left disappointed after Alkaline failed to perform at the Ecips Music Festival held at the Roy Wilkins Park in Queens, New York on Sunday Night.

In a video posted on social media, the deejay explained that he was at his hotel and ready to perform for his fans, however, due to circumstances beyond his control he was unable to fulfill that desire.

According to sources, this was not a fault of the artiste as it is alleged that organizers failed to pay their final deposit which was outlined in the contract.

Several other acts slated for the show weren’t paid and they also removed themselves from the lineup.

The highly anticipated event advertised a heavyweight lineup which included Akon, Remy Ma, Alkaline, Freddie Jackson, Queen Ifrica, Elephant Man, Denise Belfon, De La Ghetto, Kip Rich, Mega Banton, Genah, Michigan, Lady G, Tinga Stewart, Roy Rayon, Donyale, Maddadan and Teflon.
