Police Commissioner Promotes 28 Senior Members To Help In The Fight Against Crime

Police Commissioner George Quallo has announced the promotion of 28 senior members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).

The promotions were listed in the Force Orders.

Eight Superintendents have been promoted to Senior Superintendents.

They are: Vendolyn Cameron-Powell, head of the Clarendon Police; Wilfred Campbell, who is in charge of the Kingston Central Division; Clive Blair, who heads the Trelawny Division; Beau Rigabie, head of the St. Thomas Division; and Jacqueline Green, who is in-charge of the St. Andrew North Division.

The other SSPs are Jackie Coombs, Carl Ferguson and Anthony Linton.

Chairman of the Police Officers Association Kathy Lord; Rex Swearing, Gary McKenzie and Sharon Beeput are among the 20 deputy superintendents promoted to Superintendent.
